Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 179(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 179(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. Representative Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Bunde objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"
